Completed in 2020, this modern, air-conditioned cottage sits directly on the shores of beautiful Sturgeon Bay, with your own private beach just steps from the door. Guests are welcome to use the complimentary kayaks, enjoy access to a floating dock for those bringing a boat, and take advantage of the convenient location only 15 minutes from the renowned Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses.

The shoreline offers a peaceful, ever-changing backdrop, with sweeping views toward Panmure Island. Spend your days beachcombing for driftwood, digging for fresh clams, quahogs, or oysters, or simply watching seals, eagles, and cranes as they pass through the bay.

Inside, the cottage comfortably accommodates families or groups with three bedrooms: a king room, a queen room, and a bunk room featuring a double bed on the bottom and a single on top, along with a pull-out double sofa. After a day on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in to relax.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in front deck overlooking the bay, or spend evenings grilling supper, gathering around the open campfire pit to roast marshmallows, and unwinding on the patio furniture. Firewood is provided for your convenience.

The cottage is ideally located within 8 to 15 km of supermarkets, pharmacies, liquor stores, shops, restaurants, live theatre, golf courses, museums, farmers’ markets, and local craft breweries. Charlottetown is an easy 45-minute drive and offers even more to explore, including the Confederation Centre of the Arts, Anne of Green Gables attractions, a casino, and a diverse dining scene.
